In December 2005, a new Act was introduced which allowed same sex couples to enter into a Civil Partnership.
As with any other couple, sometimes the relationship breaks down and the partnership needs to be dissolved. In the event of the relationship breaking down, we are able to act in the dissolution of Civil Partnerships as well as deal with any issues which may arise in relation to financial aspects of the breakdown.
